Metrolink's Group of Companies is a Nairobi-based investigations, security and debt recovery group, bringing together Metrolink's Security Services and Metrolink's Debt Collectors Ltd under one leadership.

Built on some fifteen years of field experience, our team gathers and analyses information, verifies facts, documents findings and traces people and property, so our clients can make informed decisions and recover what is theirs.

We have worked hand in hand with the police and other investigating agencies, and we carry out every assignment with discretion, integrity and respect for the law.

Is my information kept confidential?

Yes. Client details and case information are shared only with the team assigned to your matter, and our findings are reported to you alone, unless an offence is established and evidence must go to the authorities.

Do you work with the police?

We have a long record of working alongside the police and other investigating agencies. Where an offence is established, we hand over the evidence through the agreed channels. Our investigators never act as, or present themselves as, police officers.

Which parts of Kenya do you cover?

We operate nationwide. Assignments are coordinated from our office at Pima House in Nairobi, and we have served clients in Nairobi, Mombasa, Thika, Ruiru, Syokimau and beyond.

Can you collect debts on behalf of my business?

Yes. Metrolink's Debt Collectors Ltd recovers commercial and personal debts, including tracing debtors who have moved or stopped responding, and identifying assets that can support recovery or legal action.
